Cooking since an early age, Chef Ocampo brings a wealth of knowledge and experience that is only surpassed by his creativity and attention to detail. Over the past thirty years in the industry, Chef Ocampo has not only worked in the catering business, but has been Chef at several fast paced restaurants, hotels and resorts.
